DruidX is an agentic AI platform that allows users to build, manage, and deploy AI agents using multiple AI models and integrations.

2.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2.4 Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2.5 Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed under Algohype Analytics LLP.
• Subscription fees and usage-based charges are billed in advance or as incurred.
• Prices may change with prior notice.
• Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction.

2.6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use DruidX for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Upload content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform.

2.7 Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and content are owned by Cognio AI Tech Pvt Ltd or licensed partners. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.

2.8 AI Outputs Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

2.9 Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for security reasons.

2.10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognio AI Tech Pvt Ltd and Algohype Analytics LLP are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

2.11 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
